And then a very strange look crosses her face, a bit of a dazed determination, right before she steps right into his personal space and bites his collarbone with one hand grasping his shoulder to brace herself.
It's more of a nibble or a graze than an actual chomp, thankfully, and as soon as she does it, she jerks back with a startled noise-- one that morphs into a wince at the sudden involuntary movement, but can't be helped. ]

crow opens his mouth like he's about to ask her that exactly question, only not tucked away in action tags, but that same oddly intense look slides onto his face and before he can speak he's leaning forward to catch whatever part of her he can while she moves back --
as it turns out, that would be a section of skin somewhere just below her ear. it's a little sharper than the bite otome gave him, but whatever that drive was burns out just as quickly as it arrived and he's left blinking, looking a little bit confused. ]
