Ah. Well. Someone was talking to me once about why we ended up here, in a place like this. My theory on it is something like this: it's the kind of place that people with boring, comfortable lives maybe don't wind up.

Personally, I'd had a very normal life until recently. But it has gotten a bit exciting, I'll admit.
